Dear members of the association:

This is a short report to provide to you with feedback and an update about our roofing project.

Yesterday morning, the board’s president Teresa and director Marisol inspected the roof with me, the roofing company representatives, the roof consultant rep and the engineer.

It was good to see all that team and to perform a thorough inspection on the premises. Per our meeting on site the following will need to be completed by Centimark before our next meeting:

1. All the remaining parapet walls will be power washed. Once this is done membership will receive an email with pictures for the walls to be approved to have the coating applied.
2. Centimark will be completing all the remaining roofing items including the two small roofs (above hydrolic elevator machine room and above the stairway exit to Collins) to be replaced over the next two weeks.
3. Once the roofs are completed there will set up a secondary job walk through with everyone that meet yesterday.

The engineer will be inspecting the job and in connection with the parapets, he will be creating plans for the general contractor, AG, to complete any necessary repairs.

Certaing sections of the perifery of the parapet on the 4th floor roof that were originally designed with a wall way too low, will be redesigned to feature a protective railing in order to prevent such open existing liability.

PS- For all that have noticed that the hallways on the small building were warm, the panel that was ordered to replaced the old one that broke, arrived to the shop yesterday and it is been installed today. Hopefully your hallways will be cool this weekend and forward!
