NOTICE OF MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
OCEANFRONT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
TO ALL MEMBERS:
A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Oceanfront Plaza Condominium Association, Inc. will be held on October 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in The Oceanfront Plaza Recreation Room (2625 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140, to adopt a special assessment and such other business as may come before the board.
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
1. Call to Order by the President
2. Call of the roll and certifying quorum
3. Proof of notice of Meeting.
4. Reading and disposal of any unapproved minutes.
5. New Business: Consider a special assessment in the total approximate sum of $1,500,000.00 for the following purposes:
Elevator Project Shortage: $40,932.00
ATS Generator Electrical: $37,450.00
*Basement lights: $18,832.00
*Post Tensioning repairs, Lobby Parking Traffic Coating and Basement Waterproofing: $216,870.00
Loan Closing Costs: $11,025.00
*Jazmine repair: $30,000.00
Touch up paint: $10,000.00
Replacing roof additional: $350,000.00
TT scope drawings Roof: $32,000.00
Attorney’s fees: $30,000.00
Permits Estimated (*): $50,980.67
*Balconies waterproofing: $391,963.50
*Balconies waterproofing (Smll/West stairway): $9,690.00
Repair/Replacement Pool Fence by 26 St: $6,760.00
