CONSTRUCTION COMMITTEE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Construction Committee Meeting will be held on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15TH, 2022 AT 12 P.M. (NOON) in the CLUBHOUSE, located by the pool of 2625 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140.

 

AGENDA

 

1.        Certifying Quorum – Call to order

2.        Certifying Notice of Meeting

3.        Align and agree the scope of work and key deliverables for the Construction Committee

4.        Discuss and agree coordination between the Construction and Communication Committees.

5.        Discuss current status of ongoing projects related to the 40-year re-certification, and provide recommendations to the Board for approval.

6.        Identify upcoming projects, and plans for review by the Construction Committee.

7.        Adjournment.
