a) Presentation and review of Structural Integrity Reserve Study Proposals, board discussion, open to the membership and motion to be pass on chosen company.

b) Thorton Tomasetti Engineer to discuss work pending to be completed for 40-year re-certification and answer general membership questions

6. New Business: Consider a special assessment in the total sum of $1,600,000.00 for construction costs projected during Phase 2 of the 40-Year Recertification.
