RE: ADOPTED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
On September 4, 2024, the Oceanfront Plaza Condominium Association, Inc. Board of Directors passed a Special Assessment in the amount of $1,600,000.00. The purpose of the special assessment is for construction costs projected during Phase 2 of the 40-Year Recertification.
This Special Assessment is based on Eighty-Four (84) payments, the first payment is due on or before November 15, 2024, and the last payment is due on or before October 15, 2031. Special Assessment installments are due on or before the 15th of each month and assessments are subject to late fees and must be paid on time.
The Special Assessment may be paid in full, without interest, in one (1) payment by October 31, 2024.
If you are currently on ACH automatic payments for your regular maintenance fees and would like to have you Special Assessment paid in full electronically, please contact receivables@nextgenfla.com by October 18, 2024.
Coupon books will be mailed after November 1, 2024, to homeowners who have not paid in full by October 31, 2024.
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS
OPTION 1: ONLINE PAYMENT

Step 2: Click on the blue button “Payments”
Step 3: Click on the “Sign In” button, then “Create Account”
To register you will need the following info:
• Account Number: unit #
(For example, if your address was 2625 Collins Ave, Unit 201, your account number would be 201).
• First & Last name as on listed on the account
• Address (current address within Oceanfront Plaza Condominium)
• Valid email address
Step 4: Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a link to create your password.
Step 5: Login with your registered email address and your password.
PAY WITH APP:
Once you have completed your online registration to your Association’s website, be sure to download the Next Generation Management app for a mobile-friendly version of your Association’s website. Our app allows homeowners to access their account, make payments, view Association documents and much more! Download the app today by visiting your Google Play or Apple Store and typing in “Next Generation Management” or scan this QR code with your phone!
OPTION 2: CHECK / COUPON PAYMENT: Coupon books will be mailed on November 1, 2024, to homeowners who have not paid the Special Assessment in full by October 31, 2024. Coupons are to be mailed along with your check, with the following guidelines:
1) your check is made payable to the association (c/o of Next Generation Management Services),
2) your account number (unit #) is notated on the check
3) all coupons and checks are to be mailed to the “NEW” P.O. Box below:

Please note that checks will not be accepted at the corporate office and must be mailed with the information and to the address included above. Homeowners should mail check(s) or BillPay with their banking institution at least 2 weeks before your Association’s due date to avoid any processing delays due to the mail. The Association will not waive late fees acquired from mailing delays.
* NOTICE FOR HOMEOWNERS ENROLLED ON ACH *
ACH PAYMENTS: If you are currently enrolled in ACH, your 1ˢᵗ Special Assessment payment will
automatically be drafted via ACH on November 15, 2024 (All following ACH payments will be automatically drafted 1-9 days of when the Special Assessment is due). If you DO NOT WISH to have your Special Assessment withdrawn via ACH, you must send a cancellation of ACH email to receivables@nextgenfla.com no later than October 31, 2024, to cancel the ACH payment set up for your account(s).
If you would like to pay the Special Assessment in full via ACH, please contact receivables@nextgenfla.com by October 18, 2024.
Please note, cancelling your ACH payment method will cancel for all assessments, including maintenance and you will need to select another payment option for the maintenance and special assessment payments.
