Subject: ACH update / removal OFPC
Good afternoon,
We are actually working on the formal comunications we will be sending to homeowners.
The main reason of the change is due to our accounting software provider security measures, due to a high cases of fraud all over the country they have been forced o removed from the system the permissions for users to add bank account information and only allow homeowners do it by them selves, at this point only the echeck option trough the homeowner portal will comply with this security messure.
You should expect from us upcoming formal communication and massive emails to homeowners to advise about this change.
For now we are not allowing new enrollments, and for homeowners that are currently enroll the process still the same for now, in January the software provider will be transitioning this accounts to echeck.
As I mentioned before, as soon we have ready the communication we will be copy you.
