  • Contractors: Clarification about work allowed during certain holidays.
  • Report by Manager:
    • Status of the Elevator Modernization Permit
    • Clerk position opened
    • Expected delays on audit regarding Bicycle Room Overcrowding
    • Status of Open Project: Impact glass at the Clubhouse
  • Report to the Board by Construction Committee
  • Report by the Engineer

                             Post Tensioning repairs at basement level and new waterproofing at guest parking ramp at the front of the building.

Waterproofing repairs at basement level and ongoing water leaks  from neighbor at 2615 Collins.
