- Façade Structural Protection – Resolution not allowing tile installation on balconies.
- Existing tile floors and storm shutters on balconies
- Resolution towards mandatory order of replacement of existing Cabana doors and windows to impact glass
- Purchase Application Fees to existing owners purchasing additional units – Waive of application fee.
- Background Check Renters Application Fee reduction to $50 per person for yearly repeated renters.
- Emotional Support Animals procedures resolution
- Processing fee of $150 with every request for additional work
- Limit to one ESA per resident renting.
- New Business: Adoption of Parking Rules regarding energy efficient vehicles.
